About me

I completed my Ph.D. in Statistics in the Department of Statistics at Rice University, where I worked jointly with Dr. Ying Yuan, Dr. Ziyi Li, and Dr. Liang Li. I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biostatistics at MD Anderson Cancer Center, working with Dr. Ying Yuan and Dr. Peter F. Thall.

Research Interest

My research focus is to develop new statistical methods and computational tools for the application of cancer clinical trials and genomic data. My interested areas are:

  • Bayesian statistics and hypothesis testing
  • Bayesian adaptive clinical trial design
  • Deconvolution to infer cellular structure in RNAseq data
  • Single-cell RNAseq data analysis
